How a request runs
Send your list
Use the form below, call or WhatsApp. Name the shops, the items, brands and quantities, your budget and your address.
Approve the estimate
We check what the shop has and send you the item prices, the shopping fee and the delivery fee. Nothing is bought until you approve.
We do the shopping
A shopper buys only the items you approved. If something is out of stock, we ask you before buying a substitute.
Delivery with a PIN
A rider brings everything to your address. Your handover PIN is in your account, and the rider can only close the job with it.
Receipts in your account
The shop receipt is uploaded to your request, so you can see exactly what was bought and what it cost.

You approve the total before anything is bought
When plans change at the shop
Shops run out of things and prices move. This is what we do when that happens.
- An item is out of stock
- We contact you first. A substitute is bought only after you approve its price and details.
- Shop prices come in higher
- If the final prices push the total above what you approved, shopping pauses until you approve the new amount. Your items do not leave the shop before that.
- You need more than one shop
- Add up to three shops in one request. The personal shopping fee is charged once for each shop we visit.
- An item needs ID or a check
- Restricted or age-controlled products are not bought without the required verification and professional checks.
- You want to question a charge
- Contact support with your KYS reference before you approve. Item cost, shopping fee and delivery fee are always listed on separate lines.

Each request moves through these stages. Your phone and address are shared only with the shopper and rider assigned to it.

Our operations team sets the delivery fee for each area. The shopping fee is charged once per shop. Item prices come from the shop and are confirmed before you approve.

Example: one shop, a GH₵60 list, delivered to Newtown. You pay the items + GH₵10 shopping fee + GH₵8 delivery. The fees in our estimate are exact. Item prices are confirmed with the shop before we buy.
We currently deliver within Sefwi Wiawso: Town Centre, Newtown, Asaman, Susumente, Dwinase, Nsuonsua. We will add nearby communities only once verified shops, riders and coverage are in place there.
Paying for your shopping
- Cash on delivery is available. The rider collects the amount at handover and confirms it with your PIN.
- Online payment on this site is a simulation, marked as a demo payment. We never ask for card or Mobile Money details here.
- If the shop's prices take the total above what you approved, shopping pauses until you approve the new amount.
